PURPOSE:To make it possible to determin the quantity of moisture in a non- destruct state quickly by measuring the impedance or resistance of ground fish meat whose salt concentration is about 1.5-3wt.% at a frequency of 1-100kHz. CONSTITUTION:The impedance or resistance of ground fish meat whose salt concentration is about 1.5-3wt.% is measured at a frequency of 1-100kHz. In this way, the amount of moisture at about a 70-90% high content corresponding to the amount of the moisture incorporated in the ground fish meat, which can be machined as a paste product, can be determined in a non-destruction state quickly. Therefore, the complete automation of the manufacturing process can be achieved by feeding back the result into the manufacturing steps and automatically adjusting the moisture. |
