Machine for automatically stacking hides. Comprises a conveyor belt system for delivering hides from an initial receiving area to a drawing position for a stacking assembly which is located in the vertical projection of the feed system and which is capable of moving from the said position where it coincides with the feed system to a forward position where it overhangs the said feed system to reach a position where hides are discharged to a set of belts incorporated in a moving frame which is synchronised in such a way that it begins to overhang the delivery end of the conveyor system at the moment when a hide reaches that position, in order to move it to the position where it is discharged to the store. <IMAGE>
