Improvements in body renewal apparatus. Of the type comprising a current generator, the outlet of which is defined by two portable electrodes for application in the area of the body to be treated, for which purpose it has a circuit generating a galvanic current, 1, and two circuits generating a square wave, 2 and 3, one of greater frequencies than the other. The galvanic current circuit 1 includes a power control module 6 which controls a voltage generator 7, a limiting circuit 8 and a visualization circuit 9; while the other two circuits, 2 and 3, are made up of a power stage, 10 and 11, and a switching circuit, 12 and 13, each of them controlled by a control module, 14 and 15. The control modules, 6, 14 and 15, are supplied via an adjustable time-delayed circuit 16, by a battery 17 which is rechargeable via a charging circuit 18. The controls for the currents, voltages and frequencies, 22, 23 and 24, are of a digital type. <IMAGE>
