PURPOSE:To increase the clearness of non-patterning portion and patterning portion as well as the efficiency of the process by adding a substance capable of suppressing a substance to form an ink repellent layer after hardening to an intermediate layer to protect the patterning portion. CONSTITUTION:On the patterning portion of a hydrophobic convexed pattern 2 on the surface of a base plate 1, an intermediate layer 3 containing a substance capable of suppressing the hardening of a curable composition to form an ink repellent layer 4 after hardening is formed. Furthermore, an ink repellent layer 4 of a curable composition is formed on the intermediate layer 3 by a roll coating, dip coating, spray coating, or knife coating method. Then, a solvent is supplied on the ink repellent layer 4 by dipping or spraying method and then wiped out by a slight rubbing in order to remove unhardened ink repellent layer 4 and the intermediate layer 3 on the patterning portion. |
