Machine for cutting branches and stems, for grafting, specifically for bias-cutting of the ends of a plant member and producing in said end an approximately longitudinal incision, which basically comprises a moveable frame 5 which may be displaced, suitably guided 6-6', with respect to the plant member subjected to the treatment, on which are mounted two cutters 27-33 which are capable of moving independently, rotating on corresponding shafts 20-34 fixed to said frame in such a manner that when the cutting action is carried out they undergo a double movement. <IMAGE>
