PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process by omitting the perforation of a shape holding member due to a press by a method wherein a skin is mounted on the molding surface of a mold and a resin raw material such as a hard urethane raw material is injected on said skin and cured to simultaneously perform the molding of an outer shape and the bonding of the skin material. CONSTITUTION:Extensible cloth 10 such as tricot or a jersey is mounted within the part surrounded by the protruding wall 7 within the molding surface 5 of a main body 2 of a die and a skin 11 preliminarily molded from a vinyl chloride resin, an ABS resin or other synthetic resin and integrally having a cushion layer on the rear thereof pref. is mounted to the other molding surface. In this state, a relatively hard liquid resin raw material such as hard polyurethane foam or nylon is injected in the main die and an upper lid 3 is immediately closed to confine the liquid resin raw material in the cavity formed between the upper lid 3 and the main die 2. After the raw material is cured, a molding 20 wherein the resin skin 11 composed of the vinyl chloride resin or the like and the cloth skin 10 are integrated by the resin layer 13 is obtained by demolding. The grip 21 of this molding 20 is filled with the resin layer 13 at the leading end part 22 thereof but almost no resin layer is present in the intermediate part thereof and only the skin is present and a cavity part 23 is present in the grip 21. |
