PURPOSE:To obtain a widely applicable copy by arbitrarily determining the top of a picture from the top of an original. CONSTITUTION:To obtain a copy shifted from the leading edge of the original D by a blank width L, a blank amount specification button is pressed to transmit the information to a CPU 1. The original D is placed on the original 31 according to a scale plate 32, and the blank width of a coordinate scale plate 34 is determined to specify the coordinates of the blank width through a console panel. According to the information, the CPU 1 controls a 2nd paper feeding roller 42, and a copy shifted from the leading edge by the specified amount L by depressing a copying button. Namely, the CPU 1 controls the image forming process and the driving system of a roller 42 according to information from each button. Thus, a widely applicable copy can be obtained without limiting a picture position on the copy. |
