PURPOSE:To unite reinforcing material and metallic porous part without causing defects by applying an adhesive layer on a carrier film in advance so as to stick reinforcing material, and further applying a slurry layer of electrode material. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive is applied as the first layer on a carrier film, and before the adhesive dries reinforcing material is stuck. Next, a slurry layer of electrode material as the second layer is applied in the specified thickness, and after the slurry layer dries the compact is exfoliated from a carrier film. Hereby, cracks between the reinforcing material and the main body which occur by the shrinkage of powder at sintering can be prevented, and the reinforcing material and the metallic porous substance can be uniformed. |
