PURPOSE:To prevent large blocks from production, to eliminate a granulation process and to improve drying efficiency by a method wherein concentrated material of resin syrup dehydrated by a thin film evaporator is extruded by an extruder into small pieces and then the final drying is performed. CONSTITUTION:Resin syrup 1 is stored in a reaction pot 2 and fed by a supply pump 3 to a thin film evaporator 4. The thin filn evaporator 4 makes film from the resin syrup 1 in the state of reduced pressure, heats, evaporates and dehydrates the film. The concentrated material dehydrated by the thin film evaporator 4 is supplied to an extruder 14 and extruded in the form of a fine-diameter cylinder. The cylinder body (b) extruded is cut by a cutter to obtain small pieces (c) small in sectional area. The small pieces (c) are supplied continuously to the stirring vacuum dryer 19 in the final process to obtain a product of granular thermosetting resin molding material. |
