PURPOSE:To intend to prevent uneven abrasion or noise and to improve brake ability by setting a channel wall angle, from the radial direction, of a subchannel positioned on the tread-in side larger than the one on the kick out side, in the case of block forming a tread pattern. CONSTITUTION:A tire is designated in its turning direction, while provided, on its tread surface with block-shaped patterns, composed of blocks 3 partitioned by main channels and subchannels 2. In this case, an angle between the channel wall surface, of a subchannel 2, on the fread-in side F of the block 3 and the tire radial direction R-R', namely a tread-in side subchannel angle (alpha) and an angle between the channel wall face of the subchannel 2 to be a kick out side G and the tire radialdirection R-R', namely a kick ut side subchannel angle betaare made to be different from each other at the time of rotation of the tire. Namely, the tread-in side subchannel angle alpha is set up larger than the kick out side subchannel angle beta. Accordingly, the tread-in side F of the block 3 is prevented from floating up at the time of braking on the tire. |
