The machine incorporates a head 10 associated with a carriage 6 so that, by means of a pair of pneumatic cylinders 7, 9, the head can move from a loading zone defined by the guides 14 to a discharge zone in correspondence with the conveyor belt 2 for the baskets 3 for collecting tubs 13. For securing said tubs 13, the head 10 incorporates a plurality of grippers 12 embodied as rods with the same profile as the conventional holes defined by the likewise conventional four-tub units at their central point of connection, said rods 12 incorporating, at their free end, a rotary head which, after traversing the hole in the tubs, rotates through 45 degree, acting as a reel gripper which allows their elevation and transportation to the discharge baskets 3. <IMAGE>
