PURPOSE:To prevent the title resistor from floating up at the time of surface mounting to a printed board, etc., or defective from occurring by forming a gradient which is inclined slightly deeper toward the extending direction of each terminal on either the side or the rear of a board, and positioning each terminal being bent along this slant. CONSTITUTION:For each terminal 5-7 the connecting part 20 of hoop material is cut at the stage when a resistor 10 is provided on a resin board 1, and further the end parts are bent from the sides of the resin board 1 to grooves 2a-2c at the rear and are made external connecting parts 5h, 5i, 6c and 7c. The grooves 2a-2c are made slightly deeper gradient toward the extending direction of each terminal 5-7 at the side and the rear of the resin board 1. Hereby, each terminal 5-7 is bent slightly greater than 90 deg., and the external connection part 5h, 5i, 6c and 7c are so made as to constitute the same faces as the rear of the resin board 1 even if spring back occurs at a bent place. Hereby, the resin board 1 never floats up at mounting to the printed board, and soldering can be performed securely. |
