PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of product nitrogen and oxygen and prevent the lowering of the purity of the same by producing material liquified air for one day during a period, in which a charge for electric power is in-expensive, such as at night or the like, in places, whereat air is clean. CONSTITUTION:Liquid air 2 is produced by a liquid air producing device provided in a separate room while the liquified air 2 is reserved in a liquified air reserving tank 1. In this case, the production of the liquified are 2 is effected during night, in which a charge for electric power is inexpansive, in places, whereat air is clean, while the amount of liquid air, which is necessary for the operation of 24 hours, is reserved in the liquid air reserving tank 1. The liquid air 2 is supplied continuously to a high-pressure lower tower 4 through a liquified air supplying pipe 3 as material air. On the other hand, air in atmosphere is taken into an air compressor 5 and is compressed by the same as an auxiliary material upon producing the liquified air 2. The compressed air, which is used for the auxiliary material, is supplied into the title device under a condition that impurities therein are removed by air purifying devices 5a, 5b. |
