<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title resistor to be mounted on land patterns of both inline type and zigzag type and further to improve adhesion of a collector electrode to a board by leading out external connection parts from both sides of the collector electrode part of a variable side terminal, and molding the arm part near the collector electrode part in a resin board. CONSTITUTION:The collector electrode part 5a of a variable side terminal 5 is exposed to the surface of nearly the center of a resin board 1, and tongue pieces 5f and 5g and an arm 5c are molded in the resin board 1. Also, for each terminal 5-7 the connection part 20 of hoop material is cut at the stage when a resistor 10 is provided on the resin board 1, and further the end parts are bent from the sides of the resin board 1 to grooves 2a, 2b and 2c at the rear and are made external connection parts 5h, 5i, 6c and 7c. The grooves 2a-2c are inclined and made slightly deeper gradient as they go to the depth, and even if spring backs occur in the external connection parts 5h, 5i, 6c and 7c being bent, they constitute nearly the same faces as the rear of the resin board. Also, by providing the variable side terminal 5 with external connection parts 5h and 5i, inline type and zigzag type can be selected freely on the user side at the time of surface mounting to a printed board.</p> |
