The invention relates to improvements made to articulation fittings for a swinging-pivoting door or window in accordance with the main patent. These articulation fittings are composed, according to claims 1, 2 and 9 of the main patent, of a bracket support and of a compasses stay of substantially identical configuration and they are characterised in that they include, in combination, means 78 for positioning the opening frame 9 laterally and vertically with respect to the stationary frame 4 and means 104 for compressing the said opening frame 9 against the latter.
