PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of a change in a gate potential by providing a capacitor between a buffer circuit and a gate of a MOS transistor(TR). CONSTITUTION:Since a capacitor 1 of an output circuit is connected to a gate of an N-channel MOS TR 2 at a node 7, the coupling effect between the source and gate is decreased. In the case of charging a load capacitor CL, the effect such that a high level of a source voltage of the N-channel MOS TR 2 is increased as the gate potential rises is decreased. |
