The invention concerns an apparatus in the form of an anti-splash element provided with associated devices and members for washing or spraying anything in all directions with appropriate liquid substances which are incorporated automatically, proportionally, constantly or simultaneously into the water which it discharges. It consists of a solid, transparent, cylindrical element 1 which is bored through longitudinally to form, at one end, on the one hand, a chamber 4 which can be fitted to a tap 3 and which is extended by a conduit 2a comprising a removable pump 6 with vanes 7 activated by the pressurised water, and, on the other hand, closed by a stopper 14 with screw 15, a funnel 10 extended by constricted neck 12 which opens into a reservoir 9; and screwed on at the other end of the element 1 is a perforated base cap 18 or a conical socket 27 whose structures and openings 19a, 28, 28a are juxtaposed, correspond to those of the element 1 and support in their base the pump 6 which may or may not be provided with an interchangeable and appropriate tube 26.
