PURPOSE:To perform a safety operation by finding the actual condition of an apparatus through voltage data from a power monitoring system, by judging the further stability of said apparatus from past results and demand forecast results, and by displaying the regulated time and regulated quantity when instability is forecast. CONSTITUTION:Measuring information such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power flow, opened and closed state of breaker and disconnector, and tapping position of a transformer is detected from an electric system 1. An information transmission device 2-1 transmits an inputted information via transmission path 3 to an information transmission device 2-2 on the center side and inputs said information to an electronic computer 4. Said electronic computer 4 forecasts the state of said electric system after several minutes or several hours on the basis of present and past data to obtain voltage stability data. When instability is forecast, the regulated time and regulated quantity for avoiding said instability are obtained and computing results are displayed on a man-machine interface. Thus, the monitoring and operation of high quality of the electric system is conducted by an operator. |
