<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the simplification of preventing unlawful use by forming a layer which contains a photochromic material on the entire area or part of transparent or opaque film or sheet containing the photochromic material, or the support of the former. CONSTITUTION:A layer is formed that contains a photochromic material on the entire area or part of transparent or opaque film or sheet containing the photochromic material, or the support of the former. The photochromic material used is a hydrazone compound, an osazone compound, a semicarbazone compound or a folmazan compound. The layer containing the photochromic material is formed by dispersing or dissolving the photochromic material in a binder resin solution or suspension liquid or emulsification liquid and applying the dispersion or dissolution liquid or printing with the liquid on a support. In addition, the filmy material containing the photochromic material is polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin or acrylic resin. Thus the card is obtained that can be recorded on optically or are recorded data being deleted. Consequently, with this card used, its unlawful use is prevented and new information can be described thereon.</p> |
