发明名称 OUTPUT CONVERTING MECHANISM FOR SEMICONDUCTOR LASER
摘要 PURPOSE:To convert a laser light output from a single mode semiconductor laser into a multiple mode laser light by repeatedly reflecting the laser light output from the single mode laser between an optical element and the semiconductor laser to output it. CONSTITUTION:After a single mode laser light L1 output from the junction face 12 of a laser diode 14 driven based on an image signal is converted to parallel luminous fluxes by a collimator lens 16, it is incident on a half mirror 20 for forming an output converting mechanism 18. The mirror 20 partly reflect to deflect the light L1 at approximately 90 deg., and introduces it to a total reflecting mirror 24 through a ND filter 22. The mirror 24 reflects the light L1 adjusted in its intensity by the filter 22 in the incident direction. The light L1 reflected by the mirror 24 is again incident on the mirror 20 through the filter 22, and then incident on the diode 14 through the lens 16. Accordingly, the light passed through the mirror 20 is incident on a polygonal mirror 28 through a cylindrical mirror 26 as a multiple mode laser light L2. Thus, the multiple mode laser light stable in its output can be obtained by a simple structure.
