<p>PURPOSE:To identify a neutral position easily from the outside diameter by integrating a flange section on the underside, where a spring-wound linear transmission line is loaded, with a rotating internal cylinder section and by providing a neutral position identification window for the spring-wound linear transmission line to the flange section on the upside. CONSTITUTION:A flange 21 on the underside loaded with a spring-wound linear transmission line 11 is integrally formed with a rotating internal cylinder section 13. A neutral position identification window 22 to identify by visual observation the outside diameter of the linear transmission line 11 which remains well-set in winding is formed. A neutral position indication mark 24 is given on to a transparent plate 23 put to the neutral position identification window 22. By identifying that the outside diameter of the linear transmission line 11 coincides with this mark 24, the neutral position can be identified.</p> |
