PURPOSE: To adjust the number of perforations formed on a bar-shaped body by providing an electronic control circuit to adjust volocity of a turning means for emitting laser beam on the bar-shaped body as regards rollers to transfer the bar-shaped body. CONSTITUTION: A bar-shaped body 2 is transferred by a roller 6 from a loading device 7 to a unloading device 8 while being turned at a prescribed velocity by a motor. During the time, a rotary body 31 housing the bar-shaped body 2 is continuously turned around each of axial lines. Around the surface of the bar-shaped body 2, perforations are formed by laser beam 10 focused by a lense 58 after reflected to the radial direction by a reflecton mirror 53. The reflection mirror 53 is also turned by a shaft 50 driven by another motor. Consequently, increase of the number of rotation of the reflection mirror 53 increases the number of perforations 15 formed on the bar-shaped body 2. |
