PURPOSE:To manufacture a high molecular container having high strength, drain properties and a network side wall by boring a high molecular sheet so as to have a number of bores, and then fixing the periphery of the obtained sheet by means of pressing frames and orienting the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Boring is carried out for a sheet 1 to bore a number of bores 2. As for the boring, punching is a typical method, but hot limited to said method. The dimension, shape and number are fixed by the sue and not particularly limited. Then, for instance, the periphery of the manufactured sheet is fixed with pressing frames 4 and a container 3 having network side walls (including bottom section) is manufactured by orienting the sheet. As for the orientation process, press molding is most popular but not limited to the same. |
