PURPOSE:To reduce the leak flow rate by installing a variable throttle means which leads out the pressure corresponding to the tilt angle of a cylinder block between a head casing and a valve plate and supplying the led-out pressure into a static pressure bearing. CONSTITUTION:The discharge pressure in the use as hydraulic pump and the feed pressure in the use as hydraulic motor are supplied into a static pressure bearing, as the bearing control pressure corresponding to the tilt angle by the radial and thrust variable throttle means 34 and 37 between a head casing 3 and a valve plate 11. A radial static pressure bearing 23 generates a bearing control pressure which is increased as the tilt angle of a cylinder block 8 increases, and bearing-supports the radial load acting onto a drive disc 6 by the hydraulic reaction force of a piston 10, while a thrust static pressure bearing 28 generates the bearing control pressure which is reduced as the tilt angle reduces, and bearing-supports the thrust load acting onto the drive disc 6. Therefore, the abnormal abrasion, etc. of the slide guide surface of the static pressure bearing can be prevented. |
