PURPOSE:To prevent air-conditioning of the room of a vehicle from being stronger than needed in spring or in fall, and/or cooling means from being supercooled, by actuating the cooling means in accordance with a set temperature which is lowered below the temperature of the inner side of a front glass, which temperature is detected by a glass temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a glass temperature sensor 67 for detecting the temperature of the inner side of a front glass and that of a cooled temperature sensor 68 for detecting the cooled temperature TK deg.C of a refrigerant evaporator and inputted to a control circuit 6 together with the output signals of an air-conditioning switch 62, an economy switch 63, and a temperature control lever 64, etc., and in accordance with the signals i.e., while the air-conditioning switch 62 is on, an electromagnetic clutch 43 is turned on when the cooled temperature is for example 4 deg.C. Also, when the economy switch 63 is on, its set temperature is varied so that the cooled temperature is lowered below the temperature of the inner side of the front glass, and the set temperature is further continuously varied in accordance with the setting position of the temperature control lever 64, and then the electromagnetic clutch 43 is turned on or off in accordance with the set temperature. |
