<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate human mistakes in a command process and the possibility that a process is put in operation at a use station without any chemicals by monitoring the chemical use station from a remote station and mechanically commanding the replenishment of the stock of chemicals. CONSTITUTION: Facilities prepared for the use station include a trunk storage tank 10 for storing chemicals to be supplied by a supply pump 12 to processes and a chemical level detector 13 which detects the level of the chemicals in the tank 10. Further, the facilities include a control process unit 14 which processes information from a supply system and a remote measurement system 16 which transmits the information from the process unit to a supply station at a distance from the use station. The remote station receives a signal, reads out a signal regarding the tank level and amount, and sends a command for refilling the tank 10. Consequently, human mistakes in the command process and the possibility that the process is placed in operation without any chemicals are eliminated.</p> |
