MANUFACTURE OF ORIENTATION BLOW MOLDED BOTTLE WITH INCLUDED STOPPER SECTION AND ORIENTATION BLOW MOLDING DIE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a bottle with an included stopper section and almost uniform the wall thickness all over by positioning a parison body section almost in the center of a cavity and bringing a parison end almost in contact with or facing the center of a cavity bottom section. CONSTITUTION:An orientation blow molding die consists of a couple of body section molds 1 and 2 and a stopper section mold 3. The shape of a cavity 4 consists of a rectangular body section 4a with the curved surface angle and ridge sections, a cylindrical stopper section 4b and a shoulder section 4c connecting smoothly the body section 4a and the stopper section 4b, and said shape is suitable for manufacturing a bottle with the center axis of the stopper section included in the body section. The body section 4a is included in the stopper section 4b in a manner that the center axis l2 of the body section 4a and the center axis l1 of the stopper section 4b are crossed at the angle theta. The installation of a deformed parison 5 and release of orientation blow molded bottle can be carried out by operating the opening and crossing strokes of a couple of body section molds only by making the body section 4a included.
