PURPOSE:To obtain three-dimensional woven fabric having strength to external force in any direction by arranging a great number of fiber rods banded by a matrix having a specific section, mutually inserting the rods and providing protruded parts in the rods to pack inner space between the rods with the protruded parts. CONSTITUTION:Fiber bundles are arranged in the same direction and banded by a matrix to form rods 12, 14 and 22. The rods 14 constituting a rod group 13 in lateral directions of other rectangular two axial directions are inserted into between a great number of the rods 12 of a rod group 11 in a longitudinal direction arranged in a parallel state. The crosssectional shapes of the rods 12 and 14 are a square shape to be adjusted to a shape of holes formed between the rods mutually to be inserted. A great number of protruded parts 16 to be packed into inner space 15 formed by the rods 12 and 14 are set in the rod group 13 in the lateral direction and dent channels 26 to slantingly insert rods 24 in the lateral direction into the rods 22 in the longitudinal direction are laid to increase contact area between the rods and to reduce inner space. |
