<p>PURPOSE:To intend an efficiency improvement of a volatile ruthenium removal by providing supplying systems of a gas to be treated and an NOx gas, being connected one another, at a gas plenum part, and by arranging a cleaning part to introduce a mixed gas flow from the plenum part in detergent. CONSTITUTION:For the first place, detergent is supplied onto a shelf plate of a scavenging part 3 by actuation of a supplying system 6 of the detergent. Also, an offgas and an NOx are transferred to a gas plenum part 2 of a reactor vessel 1 by actuation of a supplying system 4 of a gas to be treated and an NOx supplying system 5, respectively. Then, a ruthenium is kept so as to be not condensed and not to stick to devices with keeping an NOx temperature at an appropriate level by a heating device 15. After that, a mixed gas flow containing a mist portion is transferred to a gap between shelf plates and porous plates from the gas plenum part 2 via a gas passing nozzle and therewith the mixed gas blows out from many holes of the porous plate into the detergent. With this procedure, a removal efficiency of a volatile ruthenium can be improved without generation of solid radioactive wastes.</p> |
