<p>PURPOSE:To make the communication consecutive by returning a channel reset reply packet to a sender packet exchange of a channel reset request packet and executing the resetting of logical communication line during being set via a failed communication line based on the channel reset request packet sent from other packet exchange. CONSTITUTION:A channel reset request packet transmission means 300 generates a channel reset request packet and sends it to a communication line selected by a path selection means 200. A channel reset reply packet transmission means 400 returns a channel reset reply packet to a sender packet exchange of a channel reset request packet. A channel reset means 500 based on the channel reset request packet sent from the other packet exchange executes the reset of the logical channel during being set via a failed communication line. Thus, if the communication line set with the logical channel is failed and the communication is disabled, the logical channel bypassed through the failed communication line is reset automatically to continue the communication.</p> |
