发明名称 QUICK-HARDENING SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable quick-hardening solidifying material for general soil wherein metallurgical slag is utilized by constituting the title material of both a quick-hardening additive consisting of the mixture of fine metallurgical slag having prescribed fineness and anhydrous gypsum II type and a fine cement mixture consisting of the mixture of cement and dehydrate gypsum. CONSTITUTION:A quick-hardening solidifying material for general soil contains both 30-50wt.% quick-hardening additive consisting of 55-70 pts.wt. fine metallurgical slag having 2000-4000m<2>/g fineness and 45-30 pts.wt. anhydrous gypsum II type and 70-50wt.% fine cement mixture in which 80-90 pts.wt. cement is mixed with 20-10 pts.wt. dehydrate gypsum. The quick-hardening solidifying material can reveal sufficiently high strength at the age of about one hour by blending this solidifying material with general soil. Further this quick- hardening solidifying material is inexpensive because metallurgical slag being a by-product in a tough pitch copper refining stage is substituted for the expensive component such as the conventional solidifying material and utilized and therefore treatment cost is effectively reduced.</p>
