摘要 |
The method for making ginseng beverage for health food comprises: (a) grinding 280g of sterilized ginseng to obtain the powder; (b) adding 0.08l of water to the above powder and liquefying the mixture containing the ginseng extracts; (c) mixing 1 litre of samhwa sap and 3 litre of mushroom extract with 1 litre of arrowroot extract; (d) adding 0.15 litre of milk to the above solution; (e) mixing the solution containing milk with yam fluid; (f) cooling the mixture having with the yam fluid to 4≦̸C.
