发明名称 MONOLITHIC MOLDING METHOD FOR HORIZONTALLY LAMINATING FOAMS HAVING DIFFERENT KIND OF PHYSICAL PROPERTY
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce efficiently a laminated foam product having favorable and uniform composite properties by forming a horizontal interface which is well-regulated to a vertical casting direction, by a method wherein the second layer or an upper layer on and after the second layer is formed by a froth foaming method at early time than cream time of the first layer solution. CONSTITUTION:The second layer or an upper layer on and after the second layer is formed by a froth foaming method at early time than cream time of the first layer solution by making use of an ordinary urethane foaming method for which polyol premix solution comprised of a foaming agent and a chemical compound containing active hydrogen and an isocyanate solution are used, in the first layer (base layer). With this construction, the title method is of a monolithic molding method where foams having a different kind of physical properties are laminated horizontally. Even in the case where the third layer is laminated onto the second layer further, it can be fulfilled in principle similarly by a method where the third layer foaming solution is discharged for coating, under a state where apparent specific gravity is lower than that of the second layer. A laminated foam having a different kind of physical properties which are well-regulated and uniform in a horizontal direction to a vertical casting direction is molded integrally, arbitrarlly and efficiently by combining an ordinary recipe of a urethane foaming solution and a recipe of froth foaming.
