PACKAGE OF FREEZE-DRIED FOOD

PURPOSE:To recover freeze-dried food in a short time by a method wherein a package of freeze-dried food with a porous sheet adhered to its inner surface is kept soaked in hot water or water with a sticking device and a fine hole is formed by pushing. CONSTITUTION:With a package P of freeze-dried food soaked in hot water or water, a sticking device 4 is pushed against the package to have a fine hole formed at a portion where a porous material 2 has been adhered. The sticking device 4 consists of a lever portion 4A, a base 4B and a needle body 4C. Vacuum in the package is released by the fine hole to admit hot water or water into freeze-dried food 3, enabling it to be recovered in a short time.
