发明名称 LAMINATING MONOLITHIC MOLDING METHOD FOR FOAM HAVING DIFFERENT KIND OF PHYSICAL PROPERTY
摘要 PURPOSE:To mold efficiently and integrally a laminated foam having a different kind of physical properties which are well-regulated and uniform in a horizontal direction to a vertical casting direction, by a method wherein a film permeable to gas and having affinity and adhesion to both of adjoining foaming solutions is interposed between the adjoining foamed layers having different kind of physical properties. CONSTITUTION:It is necessary that a specific film which can be used has affinity/adhesion to both of the first layer casting solution and second layer casting solution and thickness not exceeding 100 micron and is flexible and permeable to gas. When a matter suitable for the film is exemplified, cellulose film can be mentioned. A thickness of the film exceeding 100 microns is unsuitable from view points of feeling and composite physical properties of a molded laminated body. Then in the film not permeable to gas, generated gas is stayed on an interface, the composite physical properties are changed for the worse and a purpose can not be fulfilled. Then it is necessary that specific film laying time is performed between cream time and gel tm of a precedent casting solution. When the film laying time is earlier the precedent layer is short of uniformity of coating. When the same is more slow than the gel time, the first layer foaming overprogresses, workability in molding is hindered, adhesion is deteriorated and it is incapable of obtaining favorable composite physical properties.
