PURPOSE:To surely remove active material layers with simple equipment to expose a conductive substrate for welding current-collecting rod by applying edged tools from the upper and lower directions of active material layers to peel off the active material layers from a conductive substrate, and sucking the peeled off material for removing. CONSTITUTION:Edged tools 3a, 3b are set so as to reach a substrate 1a from upper and lower directions in the position where active material layers 1b, 1c of a raw electrode sheet are removed from the conductive substrate 1a. When an electrode sheet 1 is transferred in the direction of arrow p, the layers 1b, 1c of the substrate 1a are cut in the transferred direction with the edged fools 3a, 3b and peeled off from the substrate 1a. The material peeled off from the substrate 1a is sucked with a suction unit 2 and continuously removed from the substrate 1a. The active material layers at one end are completely removed and the substrate is exposed. |
