PURPOSE:To orally administrate a buffer solution to ruminants forcedly without lowering bypassing ability by slurrying lumen bypassing granule by using a buffer solution containing an inorganic salt of acid as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:20-500mg at least one inorganic salt of an acid selected from phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, carbonic acid and hydrochloric acid, such as salt of Na, K, Ca or Mg is used and adjusted to pH6-7.5 to give a buffer solution for lumen administration. A preformed chemical mediator of active ingredient is blended with an extender by using the buffer solution and lumen bypassing granule granulated and coated by using water-insoluble fats and oils and having improved digestion and absorption and physiological effects is slurried and orally administered to ruminants forcedly. The limit of the concentration of the salt is considered 500mM. In order to make ruminants willingly drink, preferably glucose and an amino acid are added to sweeten the granule and the amounts of glucose and amino acid added are 1-10wt.% based on the inorganic salt-containing buffer solution. |
