<p>PURPOSE: To lower the cost by entering a 2nd conduction state when a specific electric write signal is applied between at least two of tabs connected to an electric element. CONSTITUTION: Outside electric contact tabs 16-30 is arrayed on a surface 12 of a card 10 and connected to an electric circuit provided in the card 10, and when the card 10 is inserted into a card reader, outside tabs 16-30 are electrically connected to a circuit in the card 10 and a processing circuit of the card reader. Then respective electric elements constituting >=1 memory cell consisting of an electric circuit are connected to at least two of the outside tabs 16-30 and their initial electric conduction state can be changed by applying a proper electric signal to the outside tabs 16-30 connected to the electric elements, but the state once changed is never put back to the initial conduction state. Consequently, the manufacturing cost of the card is reducible.</p> |
