The invention relates to an arrangement for reducing friction in, for example, pneumatic or hydraulic operating devices of the type with one or more pistons 2 which can be moved back and forth in a cylinder housing 1 and can be acted on on one of their sides by a pneumatic or hydraulic medium. At at least one of their ends, the piston(s) 2 can be acted on by a member formed by two plates 29, 30; 29', 30', between which a spring 19; 19' which presses the plates apart is arranged. The plates 29, 30; 29', 30' are, on their sides which are not touched by the spring, mounted in balls 21, 22; 21', 22' each in their own holder piece 23, 24; 23', 24', and one holder piece 24, 24' is pressed by the piston(s) 2 against its corresponding plate while the other holder piece 23, 23' is pressed by a spring housing 38 against its corresponding plate. <IMAGE> |
