PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of errors in the medium constitution of software parts in software delivery mediums by providing a medium input device, a medium generation controller, a medium output device and a medium constitution information storage device. CONSTITUTION:Medium constitution information 41-4m are previously stored in the medium constitution information storage means 4, and the medium generation controller 2 executes control based on software medium identification information I1-Im and medium constitution information 41-4m which the medium input device 1 has inputted. Furthermore, the medium output device 3 generates and outputs the prescribed software delivery mediums B1-Bm including the software parts mediums A1-An which the medium input device 1 has inputted in accordance with the control. Consequently, the software delivery mediums B1-Bm can automatically, easily and accurately be generated without a manual operation. Thus, the errors in the medium generation of the software delivery mediums can be prevented.
