PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the phase by providing a dummy integrating board which does not send an alarm even at the time of issuing a switching instruction to the other system. CONSTITUTION:At the time of automatic phase adjustment, a switching signal 10 is supplied to a signal integrating board 3, a dummy integrating board 4, and a phase adjusting circuit 1 of a control station 8, and a switching signal 16 is supplied to a signal integrating board 3, a dummy integrating board 4, and a control circuit 5 of a radio base station. As the result, signal integrating boards 3 are switched to dummy integrating boards 4. Then, the current system is equivalently switched to the stand-by system with respect to the operation of the whole of a device. A down control signal 9 as phase adjustment data is sent from a signal generating circuit 2 by the control of a phase adjusting circuit 1 and is supplied to both of signal integrating boards 3 and dummy integrating boards 4. |
