PURPOSE:To make a moving piece travel instantaneously, and to maintain travelling for a prolonged time by providing the fundamental-wave component detecting means of the voltage and currents of a piezoelectric or electrostrictive vibrator and furnishing the frequency adjusting means of vibrator applied voltage where the phase difference of voltage and currents is brought to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:The detecting means 27 of the fundamental wave component of the voltage and currents of a piezoelectric or electrostrictive vibrator 1 is provided. The frequency adjusting means 15 of the applied voltage of the vibrator 1 bringing the phase difference of voltage and currents detected to a predetermined value is supplied, thus instantaneously driving a moving piece 4 to make it, then maintaining travelling for a prolonged time. |
