PURPOSE:To fix the infrared transmission part or its infrared transmission face so that it faces the reception face of an infrared transmission remote controller of a video tape recorder or the like by giving a mobile structure to this infrared transmission part or its infrared transmission face. CONSTITUTION:A half-fixed arm 3 has one end fixed to an infrared transmission remote controller 1, and an infrared transmission part 5 of the infrared transmission remote controller is attached to the other end. Since the half-fixed arm 3 has a flexible mobile structure, the infrared transmission face of the infrared transmission part 5 attached to one end can be fixed in the position facing a reception face 6 of the infrared transmission part 5 of the video tape recorder 2 placed under it. Further, a sucker 4 attached to the infrared transmission part 5 is used to fix it there.
