CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic card is inserted, a card processing device 9 reads stored card information and outputs it to a CPU 1. On the other hand, if the personal identification information is not recorded, this inserted card is mode to be the card in course of processing, and a first processing means records the personal identification information, and a sale controlling means gives a control signal to a selling device 7 on the basis of the monetary value recorded on this card in course of processing, and controls the selling operation. When the sale is finished, a second processing means erases the personal identification information, and this card is returned. Thus, even if the card is pulled back by a dishonest act, the amount of money the card has originally can be secured. |
