PURPOSE:To measure the center direction of a target by a method wherein light is projected to a spherical target from the light source of a collimator and the reflected light received therewith to coincide with the light projection axis with the light receiving axis. CONSTITUTION:Light is projected to a spherical mirror target 1 placed on the surface of an object 10 to be measured such as reflection mirror surface of an antenna and the reflected light is coincided with the reference line to measure the angle theta of the collimator 2 to the origin O. In this case, if the distance L between the origin O and the measuring point (x, y) and the height H of the collimator 2 from the origin O are known, the relationship therebetween is given by the equations. The position (x, y) of the target can be calculated from the equations. |
