A car tire (1) able to use in the condition of snow road or iced road has a slope face (3a) and a surface (3) with a shaft hole (4). A projected part (8) inserted a pin into the shaft hole and an turnable shaft (6) welded to turnable plate (7) are inserted at both sides of the tire. Bolts (28)(29) are formed at the shaft (27) of a turnable element (26) so that a fixing bolt (18) is bolted to an adjustable nut (7) and a body member (11). The safe driving with the tire is achieved by the rotation of the body member connected to the rotable element (26) and the turnable element by means of a hydraulic piston.
