PURPOSE:To provide a smooth vibrating feed by a vibrating bowl feeder without any jamming of parts by aligning the orientation of parts in one direction at its outlet to feed the parts to a linear feeder. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating bowl feeder 1 is provided with a vibrating bowl 2, in which a feed track 3 is formed. The electronic parts stored in the vibrating bowl 2, for example, tab terminals 4 can be vibrating-fed along the feed track 3. Each of the tab terminals 4 has a head 5 and a lead wire 6, which is connected to the head 5 by welding. At the outlet end of the feed track 3, a clearance 9 small enough for the lead wire 6 to penetrate through is made to cantilever-support a flexible guide bar 8 with a supporting block 10 provided parallel. An intermediate guide 11 is installed beneath the guide bar 8 and an engaging rod 12 is set on the lower side near the free end of the guide bar 8. The lead wire 6 of the tab terminal 4 is fitted to the stopping rod 12 to feed the head 5 ahead of the lead wire. |
