PURPOSE:To cut off and separate a space smaller than a model size in the main scanning direction, by detecting the length in main scanning direction of a recording picture, and operating a cut means cutting off the length in the sub- scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:When a detection means 20 detects the width of main scanning direction of a large size such as B4 size, a solenoid 19a is activated to detach a sub-scanning direction cut means 18 from the 2nd feeding roller 11. Further, when the width of main scanning direction of a small size such as A4 size is detected, the solenoid 19a is deenergized to insert the means 18 to a circumferential groove 11a of the 2nd feeding roller. When the length in main scanning direction of recorded picture is a small size such as A4 size, the power application to an actuating means 19 is interrupted, the means 18 is contacted with a recording paper 2a, which is cut off in the sub-scanning direction, allowing to separate a picture recording part 2a1 of A4 size from a space 2a2. |
