Microwave oven comprising, according to claim 1 of the main patent, a rotary wave agitator 10 the shaft 16 of which is mounted inclined and subjected to a driving mechanism 24 which causes it to move over a conical surface to give the blades 20 a nutation movement. According to the invention, the shaft 16 of the agitator is, on the one hand, mounted so that it can rotate on a pivot 26 which is offset vertically and, on the other hand, mounted inclined on this pivot by means of a bearing 28 with inclined axis 31, the said pivot 26 being itself mounted so that it can rotate on a vertical finger 32 fixed onto a support 12.
