PURPOSE:To heat the content in a vessel without electric discharge in microwave heating, while the beautiful design property with metallic luster is given by causing the metallic film layer provided on one surface of a base to be in crystallinity with insulation gap. CONSTITUTION:The metallic film layer 2 made on one surface of a base 1 is formed by the process of vacuum deposition, sputtering or ion plating, etc., while the metals of one kind or more selected from the group composed of aluminum. Nickel, chromium or tin, etc. is used therefor. The fine structure of the film is made into the crystallinity with insulation gap. In the concrete, its size is preferably 200-1,000Angstrom , and its insulation gap is preferably 100-5,000Angstrom . Then, the metallic luster is not affected in appearance. Even if some projected part is on the surface of the metallic film layer, since the large movement of the electric charge inducted by microwave does not occur, the concentration of electric charge to said projected part may be reduced. Accordingly, electric discharge does not occur. |
